Arrival

We are a “cozy” facial and massage retreat. Our reception area is appropriately named the “Whisper Room” because of its close proximity to our treatment rooms. We ask that you please be respectful of others and lower your voices upon entering. Please take the time to Print, Complete and Bring with you our intake form. When you arrive, come in and make yourself at home. We will come and get you when our prior service is over.

Socializing / Cell Phones

To ensure a relaxing experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone upon arrival.

Booking and Scheduling

You can schedule your service by using our online booking or by calling (704) 900-5420. Be aware that if we are in session with a client or out of the office when you call, you may receive voicemail. Phone messages will be returned throughout the day and early evening between services. Thank you for understanding that we are a small facility and don’t have the space for a dedicated receptionist.

Confirmation

As a courtesy, we may remind you of your appointment by email, phone or text at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations

We understand that life happens and sometimes there is a necessity to cancel and/or change your appointment. In order to be fair to all clients the following policies are honored. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If unable to give a 24 hour advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your booked service. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment or may not be refunded as part of a prepaid purchase.
